Detail posisi

The position is to perform the inspection and testing of raw material, EMP (Environment Monitoring Testing), FG (Finished Good) according to the BC standard and ensuring the testing is well performed followed the applicable procedure and method. The technician competency shall be passed BC proficiency test to validate the testing ability.

Kewajiban

• Execution for routine and non-routine analysis consist of non-pathogen microbiology
• Execution for sampling of EMP (Environment Monitoring Program) Plan
• Execution for sampling of Sensitive Raw Material
• Execution for the routine equipment internal verification in non-pathogen microbiology
• Responsible for input product analysis result into BC Internal CoA (Certificate of Analysis) through SAP System
• Responsible for execution of sample arrangement for FG and RM Retain Sample
• Conduct and involve in Global Proficiency testing (microbiology, physical and chemical)
• Support for execution physical and chemical testing for finish products and raw materials
• Support for execution sensory evaluation activity (sample preparation)
• Support on the Audit Activities (GMP and Laboratory audit)
• Participate in the team board and 5S improvement for QA Scope
• Responsible for Safety in the Laboratory activities

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or bachelor in microbiology or Food Technology educational background
• Diploma or bachelor in chemistry educational background
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, Analyst, in an food industrial, pharmaceutical or feed company.
• Experience in performing analysis
• Experience in operating SAP system (specific in QA module is a preferable)
• Microsoft office (Basic)
• English language is plus
