Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform that connects customers and drivers directly through technology, offering fast and convenient delivery services. The Operations Associate (Partners Activation) in Surabaya will play a crucial role in boosting market presence and empowering driver-partners.

Kewajiban

• Initiate some driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc)
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly orders responded to and fulfilled by drivers
• Plan a strategy to maintain great fulfillment for specific corp clients
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure we have more supply in certain areas

Kualifikasi

• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details
• Have good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective
• Creative to create a Fresh Campaign to Activate Drivers
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience from an Operations background, preferably from a Startup Company
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
