Detail posisi

The Finance Director is a key leadership role within Aspire's Indonesian operations, responsible for the overall financial health and strategic direction of the company's two subsidiaries.

Kewajiban

• Oversee core finance functions, including accounting and treasury.
• Ensure strong coordination and alignment with Group functions for tax, data analysis, FP&A, and treasury.
• Directly manage a team of finance professionals.
• Work closely with the Group CFO and subsidiary leadership teams.

Kualifikasi

• Proven experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
