The Head of School is responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the institution, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering industry and community engagement.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic plan.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to guide the school’s growth and development.
• Align the institution’s goals with current trends and demands in the culinary industry.
• Establish long-term and short-term goals for the institution in line with industry trends.
• Develop strategies for expanding the school's reputation, enrollment, and programs.
• Create comprehensive plans to achieve milestones in academic excellence, enrollment, and industry impact.
• Create and expand course offerings to align with modern culinary trends and technologies.
• Continuously assess global and local trends in education and the culinary industry to keep the school relevant.
• Introduce specialized programs and courses that reflect emerging trends, such as international.
• Supervise and support the academic program, ensuring high-quality education is delivered to students.
• Promote innovation in teaching methodologies and curriculum delivery.
• Evaluate faculty performance and ensure professional development opportunities.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, including facilities management and safety protocols.
• Oversee enrollment strategies and marketing initiatives to attract prospective students.
• Ensure ongoing professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local, national, and international culinary organizations.
• Facilitate internships, job placements, and networking opportunities for students.
• Represent the school at industry events, conferences, and community programs.
• Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum.
• Collaborate with culinary organizations, restaurants, and hotels to enhance real-world learning opportunities.

Kualifikasi

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
• Demonstrate the ability to create and execute a strategic plan and manage complex projects.
• Passion for culinary arts and education.
• Have knowledge of education policies and regulations, also have ability to manage finances and operations, and proficiency in technology tools and platforms.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
