Detail posisi

Prospera seeks a firm with expertise in developing comprehensive digital transformation strategies and institutional readiness for the Ministry of Communications and Digital Affairs (Komdigi). The selected firm will assess existing structures, identify gaps, and deliver a transformation vision aligned with national priorities.

Kewajiban

• Assess Komdigi’s existing structure and processes.
• Identify gaps in current operations.
• Deliver a robust transformation vision and strategy aligned with national priorities.
• Provide a concept and roadmap for enhancing institutional readiness.
• Cover governance, policy alignment, collaboration mechanisms, and capacity building.
• Offer just-in-time advisory support to address emerging challenges.
• Ensure the timely implementation of Komdigi’s digital transformation agenda as guided by Komdigi and Prospera.

Kualifikasi

• Be financially sound and have been operational for at least three (3) years, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects.
• Possess proven experience in supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly within public sector institutions or organisations in developing countries.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing comprehensive transformation frameworks, institutional readiness assessments, and strategic plans aligned with national digital transformation objectives.
