The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing payroll procedures, recruitment, employee records, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws, while also coordinating with various departments and external agencies.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for payroll procedure of head office and Factory employees.
• Plan and execute the recruitment and selection process for personnel. Make strategy to get a suitable candidate by coordinating with head department to conduct an interview, etc.
• Prepare and manage documents related to hiring and human resources services.
• Draft and maintain HR employee records—personnel files, control methods, salary increase plans—and make sure the filling system is efficient and up-to-date.
• Manage compensation & benefits as well as attendance of employee.
• Coordinating externally such as social security (SSO) matters, Thai Labor Law, The Revenue Department, etc.
• Maintain control over company assets and documents.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Kualifikasi
• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource function especially payroll.
• Good command in written and verbal in English (Conversation High up).
• Good people skills and must be able to interface with all levels within the company structure.
• Familiarity with labor laws regarding human resource management.
• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are considered a plus.
• Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
