Detail posisi

Wearhouse Manager will be responsible for warehouse management both inbound, outbound and timeline storage to control every equipment, coordinate with Chinese Manager and Site Engineer team to deliver stuffs to site installation. Have knowledge on telecom equipment would be advantage.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for the overall work of the warehouse and daily work management, responsible for the implementation and supervision of warehouse operation procedures and management system, improve the warehouse management processes and standards.
• Assign and supervise daily work of warehouse supervisor, settlement, order clerk and other personnel.
• Responsible for organizing service provider's warehouse inventory and goods placement.
• Responsible for warehouse monthly operation cost control, expense reconciliation and settlement.
• Ensure that all the goods in the warehouse can be inquired on WMS, and operate in and out of the warehouse, return to the warehouse and other operations on the system.
• Communicate daily and weekly work plan with project team.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in management or logistics is preferred.
• At least 2 years working experience in logistics related field, especially in large telecom or engineering equipment warehouse management and logistics distribution.
• Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is a plus.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Proficient in using office software.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
