The Senior Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicle) will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for targeted clients in the commercial vehicle and fleet industry. The goal is to meet or exceed annual quota and increase revenue.

Kewajiban

• Develop the commercial vehicle and fleet business in automotive market.
• Planning to bring all products in ZF group to the market by Retail network development concept.
• Working with region team to apply region strategy and applied to Thailand OEs to gain new business.
• Thinking of added value for OEs channel, eg. trading terms pricing strategy, trade marketing or even working with marketing to support OEs digital marketing team, like web-page, facebook that own by OEs, and thinking of protech concept lane in OEs channel.
• Managing OEs price(Considering price competitiveness and market position), consumer price and maximize ZF margin to maximize ZF DVM.
• Tracking OEs channel performance and lead actions to achieve KPI, including trade marketing and marketing communication(Below the line) under network brand.
• Collaborating with training and audit team(Possibly internal or external team) to provide OEs for training to improve service standard and customer experiences
• Ensure of supply chain and ZF service level.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' of sales experience in automotive industry.
• Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.
• Good English both in written and speaking.
• Can work under pressure.
