The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for managing the Manufacturing Engineering department activities, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.

Kewajiban

• To Manage Manufacturing Engineering department activities (SAP) which consist of timing plan and/or project milestone defining the manufacturing processes including procuring equipment, tools, spare parts, fixtures, and other needed manufacturing resources.
• Plant Lead and planning Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA’s) request management and control spending.
• To Planning for procurement equipment, tools local and/or oversea which meet customer Milestone, Quantity and Quality requirements.
• To Lead installation NEW machine and equipment with local maintenance teams.
• To Lead and Manage plant production capacity planning and Machine utilization ratio.
• Plant keys window to coordinate, cooperate with outside AE, AME, GME and conduct local Machine to meet Manufacturing Standard / Production Guild line (MS/PG)
• Design review and initiate process flow and control plan including any change relating production line.
• Lead PFMEA review, conduct any new project and/or process change relating.
• To Manage local and/or oversea Machine maker according to timing plan and/or project milestone, process analysis and deep study by Machine cost control efficiency including materials where required.
• Plan & enhance mistake proofs including RFMEA activity to maintain existing and new mistake proofing in production line.
• Lead and prepare raw material according lasted BOM, go & see local/oversea Machine maker debugging to conduct Machine qualification (MQ1-2).
• Line balancing activity to create production documentations, study and define cycle times including production daily targets.
• Lead and plan for Continuous Improvement System (CIS)
• Provide training (Product and Process) to related persons (Production staff and Maintenance technicians.
• Responsible for planning and implementing new projects referring to GDPIM (Global Development Program Introductory Management) and customer directed systems (APQP) and (OPM) Operation Launch Management
• Customer representative for all Customer relating for example Plant Capacity study, Customer Quality issued, Production line process flow and/or special characteristic, Quality, Capacity analysis, logistics information, customer score card and customer portals.
• Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work.

Kualifikasi

• Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5years experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in automotive component machining, PLC, traceability and/or assembly process quality control.
• Minimum 3years experience middle management and/or team leader level
• Experience in Foaming Injection, Steering Wheel, Driver Air Bag and Seatbelt Systems is preferred.
• Project leading and Project Planning knowledge.
• Lean line design and Manufacturing design, Machine design knowledge according to Capacity, Safety, Quality basis.
• Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO14001).
