Detail posisi

The Process Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining and monitoring quality processes to ensure products meet customer requirements, supporting production in quality-related issues, and driving continual improvement within the quality department.

Kewajiban

• Maintaining and monitoring quality process control of the product to meet the customer requirement.
• Maintaining of problem analysis, investigating and take countermeasure reports for non-conforming products and submitting to the customer and internal customers.
• Participant for process change activity and drive quality function.
• Establishing for quality document standard, inspection standard in-process and relate quality document.
• Quality continual improvement to achieve KPIs of the quality department.
• Responsible to support the production department in all quality-related issues.
• Participant daily meeting with the team to announce quality issue and follow up.
• Supervise and develop the quality control team and comply with the quality management system.
• Perform internal regular audits include hand over internal audit for new project to be mass production.
• Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experiences in related field.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in quality field of manufacturing for automotive manufacturing, Electrics Power Steering manufacturing process background would be preferable.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, IATF16949 or related quality management system. VDA 6.3 Certificate is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience in advanced product quality planning activities and using various quality tools i.e. Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Problem Analysis tools.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision-making skills and report writing skills.
• Good command of English speaking and writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven team working and team building skills.
