Detail posisi

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing a team, ensuring stock accuracy, and improving processes while maintaining safety standards.

Kewajiban

• Control and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including warehouse processes, customs procedures, and customer service, ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Supervise a team of warehouse and customer service personnel, developing their skills, maintaining productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Ensure efficient and accurate stock management, including proper space allocation, to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse space
• Organize and conduct periodic cycle counts and stock takes to ensure stock accuracy and integrity
• Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, and project planning documents
• Participate in Kaizen initiatives and continuously work to improve processes, while ensuring adherence to 5S standards
• Enforce occupational health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and manage operational processes, warehouse area organization, documentation, and oversee the freezone warehouse process

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Proven experience for 4 years in Warehouse Operation, Industrial Engineering preferably in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of quality standards, processes, and tools
• Good command of English
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
