Kewajiban
• Monitor and control the inbound and outbound processes for automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch of goods according to established standards
• Verify and accurately record receiving documents in the system, such as delivery notes and inspection records, and update information in the Inventory Management System
• Inspect incoming spare parts for quality, ensuring alignment with purchase orders, and address issues related to damaged or missing items
• Efficiently allocate storage space and plan for new stock based on item types and operational requirements
• Collaborate with the purchasing team on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to resolve product-related issues
• Supervise order processing to ensure accurate part selection, proper packaging, and timely shipment dispatch
• Verify and maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, including shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists, while updating the Inventory Management System
• Inspect outbound products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to minimize errors and returns
• Generate outbound performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or any related field
• Proven experience for 2 years in Warehouse Operation with experience from Automotive Manufacturing and Onsite Customer will be an advantage
• Proven experience in managing subcontractor will be an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
