Detail posisi

The Trailer Operation Manager is responsible for managing transport operations for customer accounts in the assigned area, ensuring effective processes and enhancing business relationships.

Kewajiban

• Manage the overall transport management of customer accounts in assigned area (Trailer operation management)
• Provide transportation services to fulfill the customer’s needs by maintaining and enhancing business relationships with the customers
• Lead a transportation team to ensure the effectiveness of processes, including management of resources, performance, occupational health, safety, environment and quality
• Establish and implement transportation business strategies by considering the direct impact on the objectives and on business results
• Make effective business decisions and recommendations in order to prevent loss in partnership and avoid at all costs
• Take full responsibility of budgeting and P&L statement under transportation scope
• Plan, direct, contribute, and coordinate transportation operations within the area of responsibility
• Identify and analyze the improving customer services and transportation problems for developing and implementing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the transportation management

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field
• At least 10 years experienced in Transportation Management (3PL business will be preferred)
• At least 5 years in leadership roles and management functions
• Experienced in planning, budgeting and managing a 3PL
• Good organizer with ability to multi task in a fast & dynamic environment
• Good negotiation skill to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure
• Strategic thinking, Strong communication & Presentation skill.
• Able to communicate in English
