Kewajiban
• Evaluate and monitor performance of Network & Security team by weekly, monthly basis.
• Identify, manage and plan any areas of improvement.
• Manage and monitor team member to update security to all client’s regular basis. Updated result both problem and progress.
• Advise and facilitate for team when issue is escalating to management.
• Monitor & fix the issue.
• Investigate and find out root cause of the security incident.
• Report solution and/or escalate to 2nd support.
• Evaluate, assessment IT risks and prioritize all of lists by monthly basis.
• Find out solution & propose to management for approve.
• Assign tasks to related team and monitoring closely.
• Manage and plan the training courses.
• Monitor and follow up all operation group attend online training as schedule by announcement.
• Monitor documentation and evidence of IT Network and Security processes and procedures is well maintained and available for external and internal audit.
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 7 years of solid experience in Information Security Analyst, IT Security Management, and Security administrator, etc.
• Strong command of information security measures, IT security architecture, and network architecture and various operating system including Linux and Windows and familiar with firewalls.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills, Able to work independently, cross team & strong analytical skills.
