The Corporate Legal Supervisor is responsible for managing legal matters related to business contracts, advising on legal risks, and handling labor issues within a logistics context.
Kewajiban
• Draft, review and revise business contracts or agreements.
• Advise on contract status, legal risks, and legal liabilities related to a logistics business both in Thai and English.
• Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues and conduct legal researches.
• Handle labor issues and other litigation's by monitoring, prosecuting and coordinating with legal firms.
• Be responsible for other legal assignments given from time to time.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or Higher in Laws
• Hold a lawyer license
• At least 3 years experienced in Corporate Legal, Logistics field would be advantage
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Good command of English both spoken and written (TOEIC Score 700 up)
• Excellent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word
