Kewajiban
• Lead quality complaint investigations and implement permanent countermeasures within the Key Development Center (KDC)
• Manage and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with suppliers, ensuring timely resolution
• Identify potential quality issues and take proactive measures to address them
• Conduct quality reviews for new products, ensuring alignment with standards and customer requirements
• Ensure processes comply with established standardization practices
• Investigate customer claims, summarize reports, and follow up to ensure timely closure of issues
• Act as the primary business contact for customer quality issues, liaising between the internal team and customers
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure consistent product quality
• Handle defective parts, ensuring proper investigation and resolution
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Proven experience for 4 years in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of quality standards, processes, and tools
• Good command of English
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
