The Technician / Mechanical position involves executing maintenance activities, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Kewajiban

• Strictly executes regular maintenance activities of designated process machines based on maintenance calendar.
• Reports immediately any abnormalities found on machines during the regular maintenance activity to prevent major breakdown.
• Observes quality and 5S in performing maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoots major machine problems.
• Participates in all shutdown maintenance activities in the plant.
• Attends to emergency call anytime whenever his service is needed.
• Complies strictly with company rules and regulations.
• Complies strictly with ISO 9001/ IATF 16949/ ISO 14001 standards.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the area using 5S tools.
• Performs other duties as required by the immediate superior.

Kualifikasi

• Basic Machine Mechanism.
• Routine Machine Maintenance Skills.
• Minor Machine Troubleshooting.
• Usage of measuring tools, gauges and other maintenance tools.
• Higher Vocational Certificate (Auto Mechanic, Mechanical, Industrial).
• Experience in 2-3 years.
