Kewajiban
• Development/implementation of the maintenance system to ensures that all production machines
• Supervise maintenance technicians on operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of utility machine for readiness to support production.
• Supervise/Perform machine troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
• Prioritization, scheduling and allocation of maintenance personnel daily work assignment.
• Analyzes all existing and potential problems of machines, plans and develops some counter-measure to prevent equipment breakdown and eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements to increase productivity and reliability.
• Specification and procurement of required parts, material, tools, machinery and suppliers which necessary for maintenance work.
• Coordinate development plant-wide Preventive Maintenance program for all production and non-production machine/equipment and supports/assists preventive maintenance group on all shutdown maintenance activities in the plant.

Kualifikasi
• Basically PLC Mitsubishi Q and A series machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Substation 115kV
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Pneumatics Hydraulic
• Total Productive maintenance
• skill in operating electrical/electronic tools and devices
• skill in auto-cad, electro pneumatic and hydraulics
