บริษัท เหย่าคุน แมชชินเนอรี่ จำกัด มีสำนักงานใหญ่อยู่ที่ประเทศจีน และได้เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้นในประเทศไทยเมื่อวันที่ 23 มกราคม 2556 บนพื้นที่ประมาณ 24 ไร่ ที่นิคม WHA-RIL ต.หนองละลอก อ.บ้านค่าย จ.ระยอง เพื่อทำการผลิตตัวถังน้ำมัน อุปกรณ์และชิ้นส่วนต่าง ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่บริษัทฯ ได้ผลิตในประเทศไทยนั้น จะนำไปใช้ในอุปกรณ์ทางด้านวิศวเครื่องจักรต่างๆ ของลูกค้าปัจจุบันได้แก่ - CATERPILLAR - KOMATSU - KOBELCO และผู้ประกอบการอื่นๆ ที่มีชื่อเสียงทั้งในและนอกประเทศ

Detail posisi

The Cost Accounting Officer is responsible for monitoring and reviewing financial processes related to raw materials and production costs, ensuring accurate cost allocation and compliance with accounting policies.

Kewajiban

• Monitor and review raw materials GL correctly and due process invoice verification on SAP.
• Monitor and review warehouse raw materials issued to production on time.
• Ensure production due process confirmed order to production complete to make sure it does not affect cost closing.
• Ensure import expenses for raw materials will be allocated to raw materials on time.
• Monitor and review received FG from the warehouse with the correct GL with the profit center.
• Monitor and review Estimate standard cost on SAP.
• Ensure all expenses are in all cost centers on systems before processing closing costs at the end of the month.
• Monitor and revise consumables with the correct GL and issue them on time.
• Agenda meeting before check inventory and after review and joint with team audit stock and warehouse.
• Prepare information for check inventory/adjust inventory Data included report about inventory.
• Compare standard cost with actual cost; they are abnormal on the systems.
• Responsibility FA/CIP, such as generating FA Code/monitor incoming FA/Check FA mid-year and annually Include generated depreciation, and Cut Off FA does not use.
• Operate the accounting policies & procedures and supervise the team.
• And other duties as the immediate boss assignment.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance field or higher that are related.
• 3-5 years experience in Accounting/Finance function in manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in various functions of Excel, proficient in using various Excel functions.
• Good knowledge of BOI is an advantage.
• Basic command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible time.
• Work conscientiously and carefully.
• Can drive a car with a driving license.
