The System Engineer is responsible for day-to-day computer and network systems operations, ensuring operational reliability and minimal downtime while collaborating with project teams and staying updated on technological advancements.

Kewajiban

• Performs day-to-day computer and network systems operations such as performance monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
• Develop new application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
• Establishes, maintains and manages users accounts. Installs, modifies, and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems.
• Monitor data center and computer host systems, including hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and system operations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with teams related to the projects to plan and execute projects.
• Stay current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommend ways for the company to take advantage of new technology.
• Others as assigned by the Senior Systems Administrator.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering or an IT-related field.
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and Networking.
• Mindset of IT security.
• Able to work with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Good team player with a passion for self-improvement.
• Good analytical, interpersonal communication, and documentation skills.
• Having knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) would be beneficial.
• Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
