The Assistant Executive Manager - Finance & Accounting is responsible for overseeing the accounting department, managing financial reporting, cost accounting, and financial risk management to support the company's financial health and strategic goals.

Kewajiban

Accounting and Budget :
• Manage, control, audit and supervise the work of the accounting department. to confirm the receipt-payment, tax invoices or other related documents
• Control and check the asset accounting system to be true and always up to date
• Auditing the company's financial statements (Consolidated Financial Report) monthly and yearly to present financial statements (Profit and loss statement balance sheet and cash flow statement) to the management
• Review the annual budgeting and tax management system of the company. Including controlling the use of the budget
• Coordinate and verify information to auditors and the Revenue Department and/or external agencies (if any)
• Review, improve and develop data reports for the benefit of administration

Cost :
• Responsible for cost accounting work and set up cost accounting system to calculate the cost of each products
• Determine, check and adjust the Standard Cost according to the specified cycle
• Monitor the movement of goods and be able to find the value of raw materials (RM), work in process (WIP), and finished goods. (FG) and reconcile in the corporate information system
• Check, calculate and close the total cost of products that are Actual Cost through the organization's information system correctly and appropriately.
• Review the actual cost analysis
• Review the actual cost analysis work against the standard cost incurred by analyzing the causes and factors accurately and completely

Finance
• Control and audit reports of cash inflows and payments monthly and yearly
• Manage, control and verify information related to external financing to support the expansion of the company
• Manage financial risks such as foreign exchange rates
• Improve the financial policy plan to be appropriate and flexible according to the situation.
• Control and audit the preparation of comparative report about business groups in the same industry.
• Examine the Financial Model to assess the possibility of the investment project and monitor the return on investment and investment goals.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Experience in the financial sector at least 5 years
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Experience in the Cost Accounting in factory
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• Experience in Finance Analysis, Corporate Finance or Project Finance will be considered a plus
• Detail oriented, Analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellence in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
