Detail posisi

The Brand Manager for Vilebrequin at Xplor Co., Ltd. in Silom, Bangkok is responsible for overseeing all consumer touchpoints, developing brand strategies, and ensuring alignment with marketing communications to drive brand success in the luxury fashion retail sector.

Kewajiban

• Accountable for all consumer touch points for the brand. He or She is the brand guidance.
• Develop 360 brand plan to achieve yearly or three years sales target & business plan.
• Accountable for all 4 Ps (product/merchandising, price, place/store experience, and promotion). When developing brand plan, BM and MKT Com should align on what will be the best strategy or tool to drive the brand in the current market situation such as advertising, Consumer PR, Brand Visibility, Experiential / Consumer event, Direct Marketing, In store activities, Promotional activities, On-line or Digital, Influencer marketing.
• Accountable and work closely with CRM to develop brand's customer journey/Customer segmentation program (VIP Program, New customer, existing customer).
• Join and collaboration on the buying, OTB, and sell through with reporting and approval from MD.
• Assist to monitor in retail sales team and store operations and VM.
• Work closely for new store opening with project team.
• Monitor monthly, yearly P&L of the brand closely and control monthly all types of sales target, including actual selling & marketing expenses to be in line with approved budget, if there is discrepancy requires report urgently and search for approval from MD and Finance department.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree or higher in marketing or any related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years experiences in luxury fashion retail sales & marketing and at least 2-3 years on managerial role (brand manager or retail sales manager level).
• Strong skills in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and outgoing.
• Excellent command of speaking and writing English.
• Good computer skills i.e. MS Office especially excel, and other internet, social media, other software & applications.
• Positive attitudes, hands on, good team player, fast Learner and flexibility.
