The Recruitment & Training Staff (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for conducting recruitment activities and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Kewajiban

• Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and implement effective solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide support in other HR-related activities as needed.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages.
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to subsidiaries for training purposes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
