Detail posisi
As an HR Officer (Recruitment+), you will take charge of recruiting top talent, particularly in the food and beverage industry, while supporting broader HR operations across the Mayhem Group.
Kewajiban
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for F&B roles (e.g., baristas, chefs, service staff) as well as corporate positions.
• Collaborate closely with Dusha Specialty Coffee's leadership team to address urgent staffing needs and develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Partner with WSR International Co., Ltd. to manage recruitment for legal and administrative positions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique challenges of the F&B industry.
• Manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
• Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives across the Mayhem Group.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Provide general HR support, including payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to recruit for both F&B and corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of F&B staffing challenges and solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
