• Client Development: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that can contribute to their growth and success.
4. Connecting and Integrating with Media Platforms
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of media platforms into the agency’s strategies.
Coordinate with media planners, buyers, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Technology Utilization: Stay informed about the latest media technologies and tools.
Evaluate and implement relevant technologies to optimize media planning, buying, and measurement.
5. Team Leadership and Management
• Strategic Oversight: Lead and mentor the Communications Planning Team.
Co-lead the Learning Agenda together with the Head of Client Transformation to upskill the team. Ensure alignment with overall agency goals and objectives.
