Kewajiban
• Manage and oversee the Thai financial activities including day to day accounting, operational analysis, cost accounting, financial planning, VAT & tax reporting.
• Ensure all financial controls are adequate, adhere to Corporate SOX requirements and follow Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance with Thai GAAP, the management reports are in accordance with US GAAP and that any differences between the two are reconciled monthly.
• Supervise manager team for all finance activities and ensure proper review financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Prepare consolidate report.
• Review all vouchers.
• Review and maintain GL module, fixed assets, AP&AR revaluation, Expense allocation and etc.
• Review and recheck VAT Report, W/Tax Report.
• Review and maintain AR & AP ageing.
• Review media credit and return.
• Handle corporate tax, internal and external audit.
• Review and maintain Intercompany reconciliation and control outstanding balance.
• Responsible for cash flow management and liaison with bankers.
• Review cash in and manage increase interest earned.
• Review Balance Sheet and analyze P&L.
• Liaison with the technical of accounting program.
• Liaison with the Revenue Department officer.
• Acting as adviser to the business team for strategically to align with finance process.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting and at least 5 years of experience in related requirement.
• Good knowledge of Accounting Standard and Thai Tax.
• Pleasant personality, leadership skills, service minded, well-organized, active, fast learning, good relationship.
• Computer literate with good command of spoken and written English.
