Responsibilities of the role:
• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, including social media platforms, campaign reports, and third-party analytics tools.
• Maintain and update a centralized database of KOL performance metrics and audience demographics.
• Analyze KOL campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of KOLs across different platforms and content formats.
• Identify high-performing KOLs and campaigns to inform future strategies.
• Study audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Provide insights into audience segmentation and recommend optimal KOL partnerships for targeted marketing.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in the KOL space.
• Provide recommendations for innovative approaches based on market insights.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to present data insights in a clear, actionable manner.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on campaign progress and performance metrics.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement in campaigns and KOL collaborations.
• Recommend strategies to enhance audience engagement, improve ROI, and optimize budget allocation.
Kualifikasi
What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the KOL, influencer marketing, or digital media industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel or Power BI).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, or TikTok Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and metrics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
