The Sales Admin Manager / Sales Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the sales administration team, ensuring efficient task performance, and maintaining compliance with internal processes and KPIs.

Kewajiban

• Manage, supervise, coaching, and set SOP and KPI to ensure team members perform their tasks efficiently. (7 sales admin, 2 replenishment, 1 admin coordinator, and one sales admin asst. to director)
• Ensure all sales orders are processed from end-to-end in compliance with internal timelines and KPI
• Work closely with 3rd parties logistic and warehouse
• Compile, verify and analyze related report daily, weekly, and monthly
• Collaborate with sales and accounting department to coordinate and streamline administrative procedure.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Administrator or Sales Support in supervisor level
• Advance in MS Office, especially Excel - Pivot and VLOOKUP (Experience using Dynamics NAV will be an advantage)
• Experience with ERP is a must
• Well organized, good understanding of process and strong communicational skills
• Good English command and reporting skills
