The CS Executive (Telesales Executive) is responsible for promoting and selling products to businesses through telephone and email communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing orders.

Kewajiban

• Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote and sell our products
• Answer to customers inquiries
• Record customer details including reaction to the products or service offered
• Handle orders received, process and input orders in the company computerized order system
• Coordinate with delivery teams.
• Insure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer, negotiation and communication skills
