The Area Manager is responsible for managing multiple Wine Pro Branches, leading store managers, and ensuring operational efficiency while driving sales growth and customer service excellence.

Kewajiban

• Manage multiple Wine Pro Branches
• Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
• Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Maintain wine shop protocols and procedures
• Ensure continued and profitable sales growth and excellent customer service in the assigned operations, through effective management
• Insure recruitment of team members
• Insure optimum stock levels of inventory
• Train and develop sales staff
• Insure preventive maintenance of multi branches
• Insure optimal merchandising in the branches
• Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility
• Provide timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports

Kualifikasi

• Have full working rights for Thailand
• Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Wine or Foreign food knowledge is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills and service mind.
• Excellent English communication
