The Reliability Engineer (Maintenance) is responsible for planning, developing, and improving maintenance systems to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Kewajiban
• Planning and Developing Maintenance Systems
• Develop strategies for Predictive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Plan and manage Critical Spare Parts, including analyzing specifications and sourcing key components.
2. Monitoring and Improving Maintenance Processes
• Inspect, monitor, and collect operational data of equipment.
3. Failure Analysis and Prevention
• Analyze equipment failure data and identify solutions to prevent recurrence.
4. Improving Maintenance Standards
• Enhance and adapt maintenance standards to suit each type of equipment.
5. Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
• Reduce costs and improve efficiency by minimizing equipment downtime.
6. Improving Reliability Metrics
• Increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
7. Reporting and Implementing CMMS
• Prepare reports and implement CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to support process improvements.
8. Training and Team Collaboration
• Provide guidance and training to teams on maintenance strategies and best practices.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Automation/ Control engineering or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Reliability or Maintenance roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Technology: Knowledge of IoT, SCADA, and PLC systems.
• Data Management: Ability to manage and analyze data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in the food manufacturing industry.
