The R&D Specialist - Food Products (New Product Specialist) is responsible for the research and development of new food products, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
Kewajiban
• Research and development of products or new products to customer satisfaction.
• Research and development of products and improvement products.
• Plan with involved units to resolve problems and take corrective/preventive action.
• Plan for trials of data standardization according to the products and for further developments.
• Prepare for customer visits according to product quality and documents involved.
• Develop, design and function of using with optimal manners in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service.
• Examine for the right production process according to GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS standards.
• Trained in GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS, leadership skills, and other according to food quality control and the safeness toward the environment.
• Coordinator to department concern and etc.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Packaging/Polymer Engineering.
• Experience in Research and Development of food products or packaging for at least 3 years.
• Experience in Production Supervisor in filling process for at least 1 year. (For Packaging Specialist Position)
• Good command of English.
• On probation, be able to work on every other Saturday and 1 Saturday/month after probation.
