The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet specifications through the development of quality systems and procedures, timely reporting of test results, and training in food science and regulatory requirements.

Kewajiban

• Assuring that all products received, processed and shipped meet specifications,
• Entailing timely reporting of accurate test results and reserve the right to correct issues and reject products.
• Auditing all concerned authorities both internal and external if required.
• Providing training in areas of food science, regulatory requirements and quality measurement systems.
• Developing programs and assess programs for effectiveness.
• Reviewing all production specifications: all systems to ensure effective product safety and sanitation design.
• Verifying and validating quality systems to ensure that the systems are working properly and safely.
• Analyzing and evaluating data patterns and trends in results from quality control tests.
• Handling trouble-shoots, assess and responds to situations and is pro-active.
• Overseeing other system certification as requested.
• Handling FDA process and updating follow government required.

Kualifikasi

• Degree in food science or food technology or food process engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years experience in food industry with FDA, GMP, HACCP and BRC knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Fluency in English would be an advantage.
