The Creative Specialist for Field Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that enhance our field marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Field Marketing team to design visual and experiential elements that capture attention and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
Kewajiban
• Conceptualize and design creative assets for field marketing campaigns, including event signage, promotional materials, digital content, and interactive displays.
• Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to develop innovative ideas that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Create visual content that supports the storytelling and messaging of field marketing events, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Design and produce event materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and branded merchandise.
• Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of creative materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of experiential marketing activations, ensuring that creative elements are integrated seamlessly into the overall event design.
• Capture and edit photos and videos from field marketing events for use in post-event reports, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the creativity and effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Provide creative support for ad-hoc projects and requests from the marketing team as needed.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably with a focus on field marketing, events, or experiential marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in various media, including print, digital, and experiential design.
• Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in photography, videography, and basic video editing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support field marketing events.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for creativity and innovation.
