We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media recruiting.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
