Within a span of two years, you will be positioned for potential promotion to the role of Support Manager or Manager.
Kewajiban
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including field marketing, e-commerce, event marketing, and online marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and provide insights for effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Support the coordination and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring seamless operations and maximum impact.
• Contribute to the creation and optimization of digital content, including website content, blog articles, and product descriptions.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong passion for marketing and a desire to pursue a leadership career in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
