As a Data Analyst with Power BI expertise, you will play a crucial role in turning raw data into valuable insights that will drive business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Data Visualization: Create and maintain visually appealing, interactive, and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure its suitability for analysis and visualization.
• Data Interpretation: Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify potential areas of improvement or business opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Data Integration: Combine data from multiple sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms, to create comprehensive data models for analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure smooth and quick data retrieval.
• Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security by adhering to data governance policies and best practices.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enable them to use Power BI effectively and provide support to resolve any related issues.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization techniques to enhance the team's capabilities.

Kualifikasi

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data visualization using Power BI.
• Power BI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, data visualization best practices, and performance optimization.
• Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
