We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights into our marketing strategies. You will work closely with our data analysts, marketing strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure that our data infrastructure supports business objectives.

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions (such as reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations) that meet the needs of various departments within the agency.
• Collaborate with data analysts to define metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reports.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Perform data modeling, analysis, and validation to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and optimize BI tools and systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Work closely with marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive campaign effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database design.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
