At Western Digital, the New Grad Engineer in Product Quality Engineering will play a crucial role in ensuring high product quality and smooth operations within the organization, contributing to innovative technology solutions.

Kewajiban

• The role integrates within QA, ensuring high product quality, smooth operations overall organizational functions.
• Work as Engineer and assist team leader in PQE to drive the activities to meet overall product quality requirement.
• Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
• Improve and deliver high quality of new product. Work in the initiative projects such as Gen-AI.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner (preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
