At Western Digital, the Analyst 4, Logistics position involves driving continuous process improvements, supporting new business initiatives, and managing resources to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

Kewajiban

• Collaborate with all related Departments and people to drive continuous process improvements.
• Support new business initiatives, process changes and projects.
• Review and analyze existing work processes and eliminate manual interventions by introducing technology to improve efficiency.
• Create and lead new project implementations leading to Cost savings and improved efficiency.
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
• Monitor and ensure that Customer Deadlines and Requirements are met.
• Execute critical/adhoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Kualifikasi

• At least 5 years extensive experience in Order Fulfilment, Warehouse Management and International Shipments.
• Independent and able to travel.
• IT Literacy: Oracle, SAP, Stamp, Excel, Word.
• Fluency in Oral and written English and Chinese Language.
• Flexibility to change and continuous learning.
• Logical and systematic approach to work.
• Ability to solve problems, think laterally, and offer creative solutions.
