As an IT Consultant at Weexa, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and performance.

Kewajiban

• Conduct through assessments of clients' existing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design and implement IT strategies and systems that align with clients' business objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Train and mentor clients' staff on new systems and technologies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant, IT Business Analyst, IT developer, IT Application Support Specialist or in a similar role is a plus, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or others) is required.
• Understanding of file formats such as XML, CSV, and file transfer protocols like FTP, and file transformation languages like XSLT is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good at writing documents and procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
