Kewajiban
• Handle Administration/Payroll/Time Attendance/Evaluations tasks
• Overseeing the employee compensation and welfare benefits according to policy and legal requirements, such as Social Security
• Recruitment, Selection, Introduction (Induction) and Orientation
• Take care of HR Planning, Training Development
• Arrange & Summary the meeting
• Record the company's income and expenses
• Responsible for purchasing (Office Equipment like stationary Etc.)
• Document Management (Contract, Agreement, Employee applications)- Other related tasks as when assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related field
• Work experience, minimum 1+ years in General Administration and HR functions
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Computer literacy MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
• Good command of English, good interpersonal skills.
• Can use Chinese will be an advantage.
