Are you a People Manager motivated by leadership responsibilities with experience in the shipping and logistics sectors? If so, you might be the Shipping Manager we are looking for to lead our shipping department in Thailand.

Kewajiban

As a Shipping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we remain Best in Class and that our deliveries always function smoothly. The position will involve a strong focus on leadership and development of the department, but we also expect a hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Lead the daily operations of the shipping department, overseeing all aspects of domestic and international shipments
• Develop and mentor the shipping team, ensuring ongoing growth and optimization of operational procedures
• Manage and maintain all necessary import and export licenses and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Ensure all shipments are handled in strict accordance with both Thai and international rules, including Customs and IEAT regulations
• Maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency in shipping operations, utilizing air, sea, and courier services for global distribution

Kualifikasi

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar position and is a “self-starter” with the ability to plan and manage their own pipeline. We expect you to have a structured approach and work with the premise of creating the most business value. Initiative and independent decision-making are essential.
