Key Responsibilities and Activities:
• To seeking new OTAs partner with Thailand & International for integration connect API
• To coordination of the OTAs contact.
• To coordinate with OTAs partner & ICT team for implement integration connect API
• To coordinate with OTAs partner for special promotion campaign
• To set scheme target selling incentive by data of OTAs sale performance
• To do announcement update OTAs News such as promotion of the month, or any special ancillary promotion.
• To update service and support issue case for OTAs partner, including communication.
• To update OTAs activities, action plan and sale report regularly.
• To build close and good partner (Travel Agent) relationship with group agencies, to actively promote our airlines’ products and services and gather market intelligence during daily operation, seminars and engagement activities.
• To update sales report and monitor OTAs performance for further analysis and sales and strategy plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in TH Domestic and TH Outbound markets to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and others.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company policies.
• Monitor market performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Best in cross function working.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Able to travel.
Kualifikasi
Qualification:
• University degree holder in any discipline.
• Good team leader, willing to work under pressure.
• English skills especially speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in contacting and working with international customers in airline industry or tourism related industry is a plus.
• Knowledge in related reservation and ticketing is a definite advantage.
• Sales oriented attitude and strong sales skill is required.
• Good level of PC literacy in Work, Excel, Power Point, Pivot Table, MS Team, Zoom.
• Self-drive/ Result oriented.
