Sales Operations Coordinator at HAUS OF ABBI responsible for daily sales reporting, stock reporting, coordinating with partners, updating product information on social media, and other assigned tasks.

Kewajiban

• 1. Prepare daily sales summary reports for products
• 2. Prepare daily stock sales summary reports for remaining products
• 3. Prepare daily sales item reports to send to Partners
• 4. Update product information and remaining quantities on all sales channels (social media)
• 5. Coordinate with internal and external departments, and follow up on tasks
• 6. Other tasks as assigned

Kualifikasi

• 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2. Basic English language skills for communication (listening/speaking/reading/writing)
• 3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with personnel from other departments
• 4. High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• 5. Minimum 2 years of work experience
