As a Marketing Manager (Fashion and Beauty) at FASHION KINGDOM CO., LTD., you will play a crucial role in driving the brand's marketing and communications strategy. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's fashion and beauty marketing, you will be based in our Bangkok office and collaborate closely with the creative and sales teams to create engaging campaigns that connect with our target audience.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
• Manage the brand's social media presence, content creation, and influencer partnerships
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform the brand's marketing strategy
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, catalogues, and presentations
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all touchpoints

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Passion for the fashion and beauty industry, with a deep understanding of current trends and consumer behaviour
• Excellent communication in English
