Kewajiban

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain the day-to-day store maintenance for Thailand and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of company property under the direction of the Operations Manager.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Maintain lighting inventory controls for cost effective operations for every retail in Thailand.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while maintaining high standards of work.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance services and supplies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in retail business.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and computer applications.
