The IT Assistant Manager/Manager will supervise and coordinate the analysis, evaluation, development, testing, and implementation of all software applications for the group, while overseeing the analysis of user needs and making recommendations for software applications.

Kewajiban

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to the staff, ensuring the performance and security of the systems and networks that support the business operations and goals.
• Assume management responsibility for the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation software.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures.
• Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plan for enterprise application team.
• Conduct diagnostic investigations of program errors and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for resolution.
• Assists the IT organization in defining the implementing its business plan and goals to support the strategy and goals of the organization.
• Providing application configuration and maintenance on all application, by becoming an expert on the use of all aspects of these systems.
• Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries;
• Working with the Business Systems Support Analyst in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors, users and the IT Team

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years management experience in luxury goods or retail environment
• Work is normally performed in a combination of retail outlet and corporate work environment
• Excellent in communicating technical details in a way that was accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Normal corporate hours. On Call work will be required from time to time
• Good English speaking
