The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing order delivery, and ensuring effective supply chain operations.

Kewajiban

• Be a customer contact point and monitor order delivery
• Manage customer’s demand and sales forecast analysis
• Respond to customer’s communication on the demand fluctuation and trend, delivery issues
• Handle SIOP, MPS, daily production planning mid-term and long term planning generation and management
• Control MRP running and materials procurement supplier communication, including EDI & Web EDI management
• Prepare inventory control monitor the component and finished goods inventory level, adjustment needed if there's any customer volume change. Monthly inventory indicator to be achieved
• Ensure cycle counting; including BOM audit perform cycle counting and BOM audit according to Valeo standard process

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 8 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, production scheduler customer services and project management in tier 1 or 2 automotive supplier
• Familiar with OEMs, especially Japanese car makers
• Good English communications skills
• Chinese language will a plus
• Knowledge of SAP
• Self-discipline and high responsibility
• Good analytical skills and team player
