Kewajiban
• Support the development of HSE policies and HSE directive.
• Conduct thorough assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (industrial hygiene, machinery, Haz-Material etc.) Occupational Health promotion and First Aid Room.
• Providing training and education to employees on safety practices and procedures.
• Collaborating with management and employees to promote a safety culture and continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
• Preparing and updating emergency response and properness including fire protection system.
• Maintains the HSE Department’s records management function.
Kualifikasi
• Occupational Hygiene and Safety or Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Safety engineering or relevant field is preferred.
• Proven experience 3-5 years performing HSE duties in a large as safety officer at professional level, environmental controller is advantage.
• Experience in Automotive, Chemical or related manufacturing / industries.
• In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSH/DIW/IEAT) and procedures.
• Familiarity with conducting HSE data collecting, analysis and reporting statistics.
• Experience in ISO14001 and ISO45001, ISO5001 is advantage.
• English communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
• HSE digitalization for sustainable and continual improvement.
